S2k Hybrid

A little help please. I been out of the b series scene for a bit. I want to swap a b20z2/gsr tranny which I already purchased into my 2000 si. I know the intake manifold/t-body needs to be changed along with the header, engine harness, flywheel, and ecu. I'm not looking to vtec this thing at the moment, just looking to use as a daily driver so my question is which replacement parts would be best? What year harness, header, intake mani, and ecu should I use? I do plan on going b20v later but not at the moment. Also, my goal is to avoid the infamous check engine light and pass emissions if thats possible.

A few more questions:

1) Do I have to change the b20z2 upper engine bracket to Si?

2) Change the oil pan to ls or keep it?

3) Which alternator is best for this engine? (I need 1)

4) Any b-series axles will do but should I get something stronger?

all the mounts are the same, so is the flywheel. get a LS IM, and P75 ecu. do some research!
