Default B20B Swap Problems Throttle

B20B swap into my 97 Civic.

I cannot keep a steady throttle. Soon as it tries to steady out it starts to shake and bounce around.

I've tried tuning and retiming it several times.

I think it might have something to do with my IACV (Idle air control valve)

Does anyone know what can be affected by the IACV? Or when it's active? I just assumed that it was used when the car was in neutral at low RPMS.

Also, i can keep a steady throttle at anything below 1500. It usually idles around 600-800 but I can hold it anywhere up till 1500 before it starts acting up.

Anyone have any ideas on what this could be? I've read a lot of ppl who have done B20 swaps having this same problem.
