B20B Obd2 into 99 Civic Wiring??
what kind of civic do you have Ex or CX/DX/Lx??
as far as the intake manifold they are the same 0bd1/0bd2 but all b20's are obd2 anyway
just use the cars factory harness and extend some wires to reach if you have to

Re: B20B Obd2 into 99 Civic Wiring?? (BIG T)
for your dx you will have to lengthen wires but it wiil work or you can get a 99-00 Si complete engine harness and you can just plug it all up minus the vtec plugs then get an obd1 jumper harness and an obd1 p75 and your good to go

Re: (DeucesWild)
you have to use a jumper harness at the ecu and use an OBD1 p75. Your car is OBD2B 99/00 for civics and 00-01 on Integras you can not use the 00/01 Integra ecu because it has an imobilizer and you cannot use 96-99 Integra ecu becuase it is OBD2A so you don't have too many choices
