For an ICE to run, you need three things: Air, Fuel, and Spark. Air... must include the engine being in proper mechanical time. Fuel... Check your spark plugs after attempting to start a few times and see if they are wet. Spark... pull a spark plug out of the valve cover, remove the matching spark plug, insert it into the end of the plug wire and place the threads of the plug on something metal on the engine like a valve cover bolt. Crank. Do you have bright blue spark jumping across the plug gap ?

IF the answer to all three of these questions is yes, then you are missing something. Once you know what you are missing, report back here for further instruction.
