NEVER use the B20A motor. That is from the old school prelude and is no where close to being the same as the B20B/Z. The B20Z has higher compression and has VTEC type oil pump. To get the B20 into a civic you need to get all B-series parts. You need a B-series tranny, mounts, axles, shift linkage, and A/C parts if you want A/C.

What? never heard the B20z's comes w/vtec Type oil pump, so if i was going to put a b20z then there wouldn't be any difference in swaping a b20b or b20z external wise

all b-series engines 1997(98?)-up come with the "vtec" oil pump according to your local honda dealership
just check it against the part numbers when you go to parts.
