Everyone tells me to leave my in my stock engine, b16b i believe and put a turbo in it and rebuild it to handle 10-20 lbs of boost. if im going to invest hat much money into the performance of my engine, i want to put in the highest liter/hp engine possible

b16b or b16a? cause if you have a b16b i would tellyou to leave that **** in and go all motor . oh yeah when you boost it really doesnt matter cuase you can have a d series boosted and get to the 400 hp range. so in my opinion i dont think it should matter what motor is boosted.

ok now this is if you actually do it...why use a b20 and not just the f20c?

dreamers....
just drop an h22 in the rear and go MR. This is better bang for the buck if you must stay with your sol and go rwd.

Or you could do something really amazing like documenting a REAL build:

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread/981613

but in actuality, I think you are just dreaming... like all the other waste of time threads like:

supercharged twin turbo b20vtec stroker in my 'sleeper' 5 gen civic sedan with 500 shot....

of course, you could surprise me and actually come up with a real build like braille's awd teggy. But I bet that you have not ever done a swap before and probably don't know how to weld either. Well, just a guess... in which case you have no idea how difficult it will be do do what you propose in this thread.

I could be wrong. Good LUCK.

I went and looked at the engine and its a B16A3 not a B16B. eh, definitly gotta get something new. I dont have lots of tools, i would have my friend install it for me.

I dont want to ghetto the **** out of it and put a engine in the rear, i just want fwd, no rwd, and no front engine /w rear driveshaft. I just want to drop in the biggest engine that would not require too much fabrication to make it fit. no ...-rigging it to make other engines that are to big fit. I would put in a H22A but my bro says i would have to remove my powersteering, this car would mostly be for street and the occasional weekend drags at rmr. if it would be possible to make a H22A fit without doing that and with little fabrication i would definitely do it. any help?

k24 with types tranny.
Big block of honda motors, unless you wonna a 3.0L h series

either way I say put down the crack pipe and be happy with what you got
I suggest just a small turbo kit, it will be plenty enough for you unless you like to get down on slicks and race car often

If you want a rear wheel drive car sell the sol and get an s2000, 240sx or something that comes RWD. I won't say it is impossible but you will probally need to spend much more in labor/customizing a chasis than to just getting a RWD car. Hell if you find a good deal(s) you could probally get 2 or 3 cars for the price of modding your car to RWD.

You don't need to make yourself look worse by using a very nasty word before rigged. You must not be very bright if you have to result to saying a stupid thing like that.

why does everyone want a dragster honda?? i say turbo that thing, but a suspension on it and auto X it!!! buy a corvette for dragging. my tiny engined civic dx beat 2 mustangs, a camaro, and an rx-7 in auto X! they'd all rape me in a drag, but get it in the corners and you have a chance!!
