Default B20 vtec questions and concerns

I am trying to make power in my EK. Working on trying to piece together a CRVtec. Will I be able to complete a CRVtec using the b20 block and taking the rest of the parts from a B16 complete changeover? Will all the parts needed be able to be installed directly from the b16 to the b20 block? Is there any other mods I should do before installing into car. I want to replace the pistons and rods but I have seen this motor put down over 200 hp to the wheels with stock internals. thanks guys any info would be helpful.

This topic has been covered many times. Honestly, I dont think it's worth it at all. I'd just build a B18C1, that would be way more reliable than a CRVTEC motor.
