hey guy i have a gsr head im plannin on doin to the swap wah all do i need i got a greddy timmin belt already. should i up grade the valves and if i should wha would be the best and wha hondta would b the best? thatnks guys

just get the golden eagle vtec conversion kit thru lightning motorsports for better oil flow and slap it on there and you'll have plenty of fun with just that setup, no upgrades at all...
