with stock rod bolts, no v-tec, and no supporting mods, you'll be at peak tq/hp by 5000 rpm. It will begin to tapper soon after that. I shifted my first B20 at 6000rpm. With the tq of the B20, it was a good shift point.

I think 7200 sounds to high...I'm bone stock .......6k sounds a bit good to me cus I hear they have low Rpms
