Icon2 B20 into EK Problems

Im posting this for friend first off. The more info I get from him, I will update H-T. He Threw a few CEL's when swapping a B20 into his 97 hatch. One was for the secondary 02...fixed. One for the crank angle sensor and some other misc one I have to ask. I searched the fact forum and it mentioned that if he uses the ls oil pump since it has the crank angle sensor, it will be fine (since he is using a p75). The main issue is his car is breaking up until 4k. After 4k it runs normal. His idle is low..seems about 500 or less and can cut off @ times. I know he mentioned to me that there are some plugs in his harness not connected @ the intake manifold (s2) and I have not been able to compare it to my ls in my Integra. Any suggestions?

What ecu is he using? What year B20 is he using (B20b, or B20z)? There shouldn't be any unused plugs at the intake manifold that I'm aware of, as the car and the new engine are not wired for vtec.

We need more info about the plugs not connected.

As mentionned everything should be hooked up as a cx/dx harness works with all sensors on a B20. Some plugs may need to be lengthened to reach since the manifold configuration is different but all should be used.

I think the IAT sensor on the B20 is on the intake manifold and can be left unplugged as ong as the sensor from the d series is inserted into the intake pipe like it is on a stock cx/dx.

I also think this needs the IACV mod as the plugs are different on the back of the intake manifold.
