hey i want to do a swap cause my d series is slowly falling apart... literally... well i called a local emissions station and they said in the chester county for imissions, if the CEL light is not on nor error codes stored in the ecu and the cel does work the car will pass emissions... this is on OBD2... so i was looking up threads here and what does BAR mean in the phrase stated by someone "Won't pass BAR (light truck motor in a car)"???
