If you want to rev high and boost you need to run lower displacement like a B16, or even a B18. If you want to boost hell alot and just have tons of torque go with the B20B. Just be aware that if you really are going to spend the money and you might want to get golden eagle sleeves cause my friend has gone through three Darton blocks. But if this was my car I would do a Ls/Vtec so than you can revv a hella high and boost tons and 30lbs might be over kill for a street car, it depends on what you call a street car. I had a LS with 12PSI and I was beating EVOS so maybe you might just want to get a GSR or LS and turbo it. Its not how much power you have, its how well you can get it to the ground. Hope this helps a little.

keep in mind that most of the time B20 sleeves will give out under less stressful conditions than b18's. You WILL want to resleve the b20 block if plan on running 30 psi. that is a bit much for a street car. you should be quite happy w/ 10-15 psi from what i hear.
