B18's and vtec

Which B18's came with vtec? i know the ls models didn't have it but i also don't want to pay a whole lot of money for a type r motor if i don't have to

b18c, b18c1, b18c5, only the gsr and itr came with vtec motors

yeah i figured it was only the c models. any idea on what i should be looking for if i want obd2?
