Sup fellas, getting ready to drop the motor in and realized I don't have this fitting installed in the block, going by the oil cooler coolant lines, it appears to just tap into the coolant jacket on the block and my oil cooler line connects to it? Any one know the name of the fitting or the size or where I can get it? I looked at diagrams on Majestic and they don't show the fitting...

isnt that the block drain bolt or whatever its called?? majstic honda says that it is a 12x60 bolt,

Its up too high to be a drain bolt and by the way my hose is routed from the oil cooler it has to go there from what I can tell..

It could be a coolant drain bolt to drain coolant from the water jacket.

I seriously don't think its a drain, its at the top of the block just under the deck...

the drain on my y7 is above the oil filter. that empty nipple on the intake is proably where your cooler line goes.

Do you have a knock sensor or oil pressure sensor on that engine now?

It may be a drain on other blocks I guess although it seems to be way to high to function as a drain... that empty nipple on the coolant crossover pipe is the line to the TB, I got that one covered

Ok, I found a diagram from Delray Acura and I think what I need is item #1 in this parts diagram... although they list it as a oil cooler joint?

It appears to me to just be a screw in nipple where the coolant return connects to from the oil cooler.

Nope thats on the front of the block, this is the back just above and to the right of the oil cooler. I figured it out after seeing another pic on H-T of another members C5 motor. Its in fact a screw in fitting with a barbed end for the oil cooler line to attach to.

you see that filter box on the picture the 2nd tube where does that go i dont know where it goes. need picture if possible
