B18c1 Swap not starting
Hey guys, I done as much research as i can before i posted.
I swapped in a 97 b18c1 into my 2000 EJ6 Hatch and the engine cranks but no fuel? I pulled the fuel line going to the fuel rail and nothing. I had thought that my Main Fuel Relay had been fried so I bought another used Main Fuel Pump Relay *guaranteed to work* and still nothing. I turn the key half way and I dont hear the fuel being pumped or primed for the 2-3 seconds. I also dont see the engine check light come on for the 2-3 seconds also. So now im confused. I checked all my grounds and tightened them too. So any help or suggestions will at least get me somewhere.
Thanks

You check all the fuses? Same thing happened to my stock D16z6, overlooked a fuse and wasted money on a relay. Rechecked and it happened to be a blown fuse I overlooked.

Well i re-tightened the ground at the thermostat housing. Im thinking is it because of the little rust on the bolt? Im still on the same problem I also checked both Fuel Relay fuse still no fuel.

Did you wipe the surfaces of the grounds/grounding area? It could be the rust on the bolt, try changing it out and see. Also, might be a stupid question, but do you have a kill switch to your fuel pump? Cuz I forgot to turn on the switch when I put in my swap. LOL
