im looking to swap a intake manifold on my 96 ek with b18c1 but not sure of what i would need as in aftermarket i was thinking skunk2 intake and throttle body but not sure of size of throttle body i should use. would i need anything else other than those two things. in need of help

Are you boosting? Then get 70mm. IMO i'd get 70mm anyways and get a good tune, that way if you plan on boosting later or doing upgrades, you don't have to buy another one.

Though if you get that, best to get a AEM Fuel Rail and injectors as-well, preferable 550cc injectors from RC. Also should upgrade your fuel pump

ya i havent decided about the boosting or staying na but my car dyno'd at 162hp 113t with no ac or ps with full exhaust. would i have to get a speacer for the throttle body and what kind of gasket should i get for the intake

Skunk2 intake manifolds are good. i have one on my B18C1 and its great. i also have an S2000 throttle body on it. i used OEM gaskets too. you will notcie a difference in top-end power.
*it also looks 10000000% better than the stock GSR one. and its easier to work with.
*and u dont need to do ANYTHING to your fuel pump or injectors since ur not boosting

not at all. its super easy. just make sure to scrape ALL of the gasket off the intake manifold and head.

ok i have a sir blox intake manifold on it now so i think im going to keep it not sure if i need a bigger throttle body

i was gonna say blox makes an itr replica mani for the gsr that looks decent and doesnt break the bank.
