i have cleaned throttlebody.
i have cleaned iacv on the back of the intake mani..
i have cleaned fitv below throttlebody
i have reset tps sensor and checked with a voltmeter for proper voltage.
i have adjusted idle air screw on throttlebody to max tightness.
i have replaced throttlebody gasket with a new oem one

idle is at 1600 rpm. no vacuum leaks- i have already checked all over.

i have also unplugged the battery in an attempt to reset my turbo blinker actuator..

Default b18c1 eg....getting ready for ref, having problemswith obd1 parts

after realizing my throttle body was not to code i switched it out..old one didnt have the vacuum port for charcoal canister.i got a used gsr throttle body and proceeded to do the swap. i tested the tps and reset it to factory suggested specs. i removed and thoroughly cleaned the idle air control valve, and the fast idle therm valve or whatever it is under the throttle body.. i scrubbed the hell outta the throttle body. so all is installed , i adjusted the screw on the throttle body idle has calmed down surges occasionally but not nearly as much as what it was doing.. screw is tightened down all the way... problem is:::: idle is still sittin at 1800 rpm's.. about a thosand to high if you ask me..and still surges occasionally.. i never had these problems before, and am trying to get my ducks in a row to getting my car bar'd/refd.

about the car- bone stock, full interior, stock wheels, cold air intake, 2 1/2" piping from cat back. o2 sensor is hooked up, and im running s300.running stock exhaust manifold, and a skunk2 intake mani. looks like type r styling..looks oem, i have the carb sticker for it...

trying to get the ref bs in order before i have smog breathing down my neck.. any one out there with knowledge on my idle situation feel free to post or pm me, i appreciate the help. oh yah if you have a smog connection pm me.. i can post pictures of throtlle body if needed. or anything just ask or pm me..
