Default B18C1 on EG, CEL confusion

ok, so i have a OBDI 96 gsr swap in my 95 EG sedan and this CEL light been on for a long time.
i did the paper clip method to pull the code, and i have no idea what's it's telling me.
turn key to ON
cel light up for a bit, then off for 4 second. On for a bit then off for 4 seconds..it keep doing this and does not stop..i keep counting hoping it would stay solid lit but did not.

so is it, a code 10? because it's stay lit but never flash quickly..
ex.. lit 2sec, off 4sec, lit 2sec, off 4 sec..keep doing that..no other short flash or short pause.

i have a p72 jdm square ecu

skunk2 Intake Manifold

cel came on after installing skunk2 manifold, i read that it's because the ecu detect a missing secondary butterfly sensor..is that correct?

car drives fine, idle good around 800rpm, no other issue..24/33 city/hwy mpg..

i just want to make sure that there aren't any other cel that i don't know of..since the cel stay on ALL the time.

ok so i found out it's a code 10, which is for IAT sensor..it's already plugged in..the color of the wires are, Green/white stripe and Red/yellow stripe..plug into IAT sensor on top of skunk2 IM middle intake runner.

there is another plug with Green/Black stripe and Red/Yellowstripe unplug..just hanging there..do i need to plug this to something??

problem SOLVED!!!
ordered new IAT sensor, installed in intake tube instead of 3rd runner on skunk2 pro Manifold..reset, cel went away..hopefully for good this time..
