B18C Swap - Idle Problems

Default B18C Swap - Idle Problems

I just finished my GSR swap into my 98 ex. Everything is pretty much done and the car has no check engine lights. Brand new dizzy. The motor is an OBD-2 97' B18C. I'm using a 94-95 GSR Throttle Body which has a FITV sensor on the bottom of it. My question is...... will this make a difference in the idle or effect it in anyway because i have a OBD-2 ECU and I think in the 96 and later models the FITV was no used. car idles at 2,000 RPMs sometimes drops to 1500. any inputs would be greatly appreciated. thank you
