b18c OBD1 fuel cut off, anyone know how to get rid of it?

Default b18c OBD1 fuel cut off, anyone know how to get rid of it?
I have a soft cut off at 8100 on my odb1 p72...how can i get rid of this fuel cut and get a limmitter that i can bounce off of.
