whats up guys, i have a little problem with my B18, ok when i drive it feels like it cuts out but not bad enough to hear it in the exhaust, and it sounds like a SRT 4 when i shift. ive did a complete tune up on it. i think it might be my plug cause the dis. went out and i keep tring to start it and i might have fould the plug but i just want another opinion on this.

Does it sound like it's backfiring?

My first civic had just a straight pipe welded on in place of a muffler for a while. Now that I think about it it did sound like the *blab blab* of the srt-4 when i shifted.

I think it's a backpressure related noise. If you have a **** exhaust, that might be the issue.

Other backfiring could some from firing order/timing error due to the rotor not being places appropriately of a sparkplug wire being in the wrong hole.

yeah mine use to backfire wiked, becuase of the **** muffler that was on it, welded so many times.

hahaha now that you say something i do have 2 1/2 pressbent sraight pipe..lol I NEED A RESINATOR BADDD. knock off apec n1 muffler too..lol
