Icon2 B18C GSR Swap suggestions

So I want to do a nice turbo setup. I'm not sure what internals to go with though. I wanna get it for a decent price

Head (GSR Head) I plan to 3 way polish and port and bore valve .5mm
Brian Crower Stage 2 Turbo Cams
AEM Adjustable Cam
Brian Crower Dual Valve Spring
Brian Crower Titanium Retainer
Brian Crower .5mm overbore valve
Ferrea Valve Seals
Ferrea Valve Guide
I got this priced for 1344.00

Is this worth it or is there a better deal somewhere?

Block (JDM B18C GSR 81.5mm) I plan to bore it to 84.5mm and Sleeve it.
What are the best sleeves. And is there a bigger difference between copper and cast iron?

The mods I want are:
CP 84.5mm Low Compression/Turbo Pistons

I want the strongest, cheapest Rods rated at 250hp per rod but I haven't found any resonable.

I have the Crank but I wasn't sure if I should swap it out. Or if it would even make a difference.

Transmission
I have an offer for a S80 B18c GSR LSD welded Hydro tranny for $250
And another for a s4c b16 Newer tranny non lsd hydro

Which should i go with? Preference? Why?

Thanks in advance for advice

Should try this in the Forced Induction forum since there isn't anything regarding a swap in this thread. Sounds like a wish list. Especially since this is all just talk seeing as how you have not even listed a simple power goal, what purpose the car will serve and then you talk about cheaping out with the rods. Boost aint cheap if you do it right.
