Hell yeah, you are paying about $1000 to much if you buy the 1.6.

Keep looking around 2200 with 70k miles is over priced.

i paid $2000 for my b18c1 swap (delievered) with 45k miles on it everything minus the tranny picked up a 99 gsr trank with 15k miles for $500 shipped.

Check around.

i know places in nor cal that sell b18b swaps for around that price.... INSTALLED!

2200 is way to much... unless it's after shipping but why get it shipped? find a local seller if you look hard enough you can find b18b's for 1000-1800 bucks complete or mostly complete. Oh and you might not want the LS tranny unless you like long gear ratios.

Good luck.

i'm gettin my ls swap with 68k for 1600. well not actually because i'm not getting hte tranny because i'm getting a gs-r tranny, but it would be 1600. that price is a little steep if u ask me. i would look around better. importautosalvage.com is awesome as well as hmotorsonline.com if you want to go for a really reputable place. but honestly the best deals are found at junkyards, they just take a little work to find.

I bet you went to H.A.P down there in Chula Juana huh? A friend of mine went there and dropped in a B18c for like 3g's. He said there pretty decent. I almost went there but am opting to selling my hatch. Not bad considering it being installed does that include the new belts, water pump and any other misc stuff? They say one thing over the phone but tell you another in person. Just don't go to Gold Crest (Black Flag Racing) They fucced over my cousin but was able to get most of his money back to pay for all the missing/broke shiet that pann replaced.
