use the civic wire harness. you need 99-00 civic si mounts minus the trans.. it should be the same. you can use the obd2a p75 ecu.. you might have to convert some connectors.. i think the iacv and the crank sensor. you might have to extend some wires.. its fairly easy.
oh. the integra shift linkage and axles will also work. you should also swap the brake setup, front and rears.

the bold answers in the quote above are incorrect. i have a b18b1 with a gsr head in my 96 civic.

1. you can use the stock LS ecu. 96 civic is obd2a, 98 integra is obd2a as well
2. no, integra harnesses are two piece, 96-00 civic's are one piece
3. torque mounts, maybe t bracket. drivers side is different

For the mounts:
99-00 Civic SI drivers side block bracket.
99-00 Civic SI transmission mount
99-00 Civic SI rear T bracket.
94-97 or 97-00 CRV A/C bracket if you wish to retain A/C (if equipped)
Any b series hydro transmission torque mount

Pictures

#8 is the block bracket.

#7 is the rear T bracket
#6 you should have from your civic. If not this is what you need.
#10 from any b series.
#1 might work for a/c. I'm not 100% with the Civic SI a/c bracket. I'd assume it should work with a d-series compressor.

With the torque mounts and the a/c bracket, you have to retain the civic rubber mounts that bolt to the frame rail.

For the wire harness, if your civic doesnt have one, you need to find another civic harness. stick with a 96-98 harness, other wise youll have to convert to obd2b.
If you can find a 96-98 EX harness, that will work with only one modification i believe. I used my LX harness and just rewired what i had to. IACV needed a different connector, the Crank Flucuation sensor connector is different. I don't belive the LS has a knock sensor, but if it does you'll have to wire it in. You might have to extend some wires, I only had to for the evap purge solenoid and secondary O2 sensor.

Here is a picture for the different wirings...

and a web page for more information about the wiring:
