Default B18B swap from 91 DA Integra to 93 EJ1 Civic

Everything I find when searching involves the B18B from a 94+ Integra. What about the 93 and older Integra B18's? What's needed for the swap to a 93 Civic Coupe?

well your going to need a hydro trans for starters, and everything else is pretty much the same even if it was from an 94 - 01, u can get the Hyrdro trans or get the Hasport Cable to Hydro conversion, search some more, there are more threads on putting a older b18 in a civic, but i can tell you its pretty much the same. oh yea, and your going to need to convert it to OBD1 unless your going to stay OBD0

90-93 integras (minus the 92-93 gsr) came with a b18a1, which might be why you can't find any info on your search. As for the actual parts list of what you'll need:
-hydro b-series tranny or Hasport EGBCC conversion kit
-driver's side engine mount and bracket (94-01 integra; 94-97 delsol vtec)
-AC bracket (90-01 integra; 94-97 delsol vtec) use EG's rubber mount
-ditch the tranny's front mount
-tranny top mount (94-01 integra; 94-97 delsol vtec) if using hydro tranny. If you use a cable tranny you'll need the Hasport kit which comes with the correct mount.
-rear T bracket (94-01 integra; 94-97 delsol vtec) use EG's rubber mount
-shift linkage (94-01 integra) You can also use one from a 90-93 integra, but your shifter will sit an inch closer to the firewall.
-P75 or P74 obd1 ecu (94-95 LS and 92-93 LS respectively) You could also use a chipped P06 if you want to.
-axles and halfshaft from corresponding tranny (there are other options as well, but I don't know much about their interchangeability)
-distributor (92-95 integra LS)

You'll also need obd1 injectors and an obd1 engine harness, but you can reuse these from your eg (harness will need to be lengthened in a few places, or you can buy an obd1 integra harness). Before you ask, yes, the integra and civic injectors are both 240cc. The fuel line going from the filter to the rail are NOT interchangeable between the EGs and DAs. Either use the DA's fuel line (tight, but it fits) or both the line and fuel rail from the EG (not entirely sure it bolts up, but I think so). You can keep the civic's radiator just fine, but the b18's rad hoses are larger than the eg's. You can either slip a small section of the eg's hose between the b18's and the rad outlet, buy some step-down couplers and clamps, buy custom hoses for swaps, or get the hoses from a 94-97 delsol vtec. If you're using the stock exhaust manifold and b-pipe, you'll need to get about 3-4 inches taken out of it to bolt up to the civic's exhaust system (costs about $15 at any muffler shop). If you use a cable tranny you'll need to take out the VSS and use the civic's one instead. Oxygen sensor you can use from the civic too.

That's pretty much about it. I don't think I'm forgetting anything, but feel free to chime in if I have. It looks like a lot of work, but it seriously isn't hard. I removed my d15 friday after work and had the b18 installed and running with no problems and no cels monday after work. I did everything by myself with two stands, an engine hoist, a small hydraulic jack, and a shitty sissor jack (need it to get the car off the ground; lowered cars are a real pain in the *** sometimes).

Thanks for all of the answers, and not bombing on searches.

Currently, Me and warwagon are doing a swap for a local friend. He's got the DA, and he bought a wrecked four door GSR. We dropped the GSR swap out, pushed the car aside, and next week, the B18C1 is going in his DA. The running LS swap is ours, along with the GSR. I'd thought about putting the LS in my beata witha heata, so I just wanted to make sure there wasn't anything too crazy since it's an older motor. I'll also be doing an auto to manual swap if the LS goes in my car.

Engine hoists and jacks aren't a problem. I put an electric hoist in the ceiling for doing swaps. The GSR swap was out in about 3 hours.

Again, thanks for the above help.
