b18b swap
so im about to do a b18b swap into my eg within the next month. When i do it i plan on doing the auto - manual conversion as well. I have come across a couple of motors one is from a 95 teg and the other is from a 99 teg. I was kinda leaning towards the one out of the 99 teg just because it will have less km's on it but then i also realized that it was 300 bucks more. My question is how much of a hassle will it be to put the 99 teg motor in as compared to the 95 teg motor? is it worth the extra money?
I am planning on doing a ls/vtec set up eventually. So should i just save the 300 bucks and put towards a new head? And what other parts am i going to need to do a stock ls/vtec i have come across a few kits on egay but not sure if they are all i need. here is a link. Any help would be great

You may be able to find it cheaper, but rywire as them for 75 us dollars. Converting to obd1 is the best choice IMO, then you can run uberdata later on. Tuning is going to be important on that ls/vtec.

Yeah but how many km difference are we talking about on each motor?
I'd have to concur, converting to ODB1's better in my opinion, but then again, what's the km's on that one oppose ot the 99 engine?

Well most cars are in junkyards because they were in accidents and are totalled out.....that's just a concensus of MOST cars in junk yards, not all....
Still, check the km's on them...
