No you would need b-serie alxe, shift linkage, and it might kill more gas depending on how you drive. you can use the stock b-series mounts but it's better to get aftermarket. And you can get a cheap motor from a junkyard or hmotorsonline.com and don't forget to get a ls ECU and everything should be plug and play.

What you need:

LS motor
Some kind of B-Series Hydraulic Tranny (I reccomend a GS-R tranny, but an LS one will be fine)
The Stock LS Motor mounts including the Rear motor mount bracket
94-01 Integra Shift Linkage
LS ECC from a 92-95 5spd. Integra LS
94-01 Integra LS Axles and Intermediate shaft
92-95 Integra LS Distributor
B-series Starter

Your stock Engine harness will be absolutley fine for this swap. Its plug and play. Also the ECU will plug right in too as long as its a 92-95 Integra LS 5spd ECU.

There is a pretty big difference between your stock motor and swapping in this one, youll definatley notice it and love it! And the gas mileage doesnt get hurt super badly, maybe 1-2 mpg at most. My gas mileage is almost exactly as it was when I had my d-series in my car.
