B18B jdm What should i change out on the motor before i drop it in the car.
exactly what the topic says wondering what i should change on my engine before i drop this one in the car.
also kinda weird my usdm b18b1 doesnt say pgm fi on the intake manifold and the fuel rail. screw that is on the end on the b18b1 pointing out is pointing up on this engine. any suggestions whats different about this one. also wondering about setting the timing on this motor because the belt is loose.

and also 90-93 integra b18a says pgm fi on the intake manifold

Main and cam seals, water pump, hoses, plugs, wires, timing belt.

so then i can use my old intake manifold and my old tranny but, this is somehting else weird wheni took the tranny off of the engine. this is what i saw. mind u it was a cable tranny I have never seen if it was different meaning. I dont see a clutch plate or flywheel. this doesnt bother me becuz i have all the old parts on my old engine. but i have no idea how to install. check it out.

Those bolts hold your flywheel on torque to 87 ft/lb and then there the clutch connects to that torque those to 19 lb/ft in a criss cross its easy. That sucks they didnt give you that stuff with it though. Good luck with the motor

no worries dude i paid 200 bucks for it and like i said i got the complete everything else. B18B block with a cable tranny that i cant use anyways. and intake manifold also from the b18a it looks. 
it came with all this stuff i can sell at least since i dont need the intake manifold i have 3 of them and i have 3 heads. and one blown block my hydro tranny and now a cable tranny. i will try to figure that out though ur info will help a great deal thanks.

were can i get a vtec head, from that i can trust will work great and what ecu would be best to use with it.
