Default B18b into 93 del sol shift linkage question

I know you can use a shift linkage from a VTEC del sol for a b series swap, but those are hard to come by AND if you do there outrageously priced, can i just use a stock shift linkage and stabilizer bar from a 94-00 integra. Also, would the stock stabilizer bar from my d series del sol work for a b series swap, or do i need to get that along with the shift linkage. THanks for your HELP!!

No, I tried this also, when i swapped my b16 from my 93 hatch to my 93 Sol, the linkage is about 4" too short, you need to buy the stabilizer bar and linkage for the Del Sol VTEC it's the only one that will work for it. I got my linkages from Hmotorsonline for about $30 less than from Honda but they were brand new too, I think I paid around $160.00 for mine.

Yep, as has been said you need the Del-Sol VTEC linkage. It sucks but it is what it is. You can get them at inlinefour.com for $185 bucks. I don't know who else carries them, I checked hasport but didn't see anything listed for the Sol. If you can't find one cheaper it might be your only route.

I have one that I I used for only 2 months before I parted out the car (including the b16). I sold the motor to a guy with a hatch so he didn't need the linkage.

I'd sell the linkage and stabilizer for $120 shipped if you're interested. Seriously, practically brand new.
