Default b18b intake valve question

cant roll my cam to where the lobes are facing down because my cylinder three intake valves are stuck? like hard stuck. adjusted valve lash to .6 the wiggle when the lobes are up but have no give?? someone know what this is, im really hoping the arent warped or something but i dont see how they could be because the motor turned over fine 2 minutes before a took the valve cover off.
