B18B WITH GSR TRANNY.. PROBLEM WITH MOUNTS IN 1993 CIVIC ?
i was taking things apart today getting my car ready for my swap thats sittin in the garage and i noticed that the front tranny mount from my stock D15B7 tranny does not bolt up to the gsr tranny? What do i need and is there anymore mounts i need to get ?? or do all others from the civic work with the B18B and gsr tranny ? Please let me know

you need a b series tranny vibration bracket , any b series will work. you also need the a/c bracket from a b series. Last is the rear tranny bracket, and again b series needed also. good luck on your swap

Eh the rear bracket can be a pain in the *** to get the right one. Make sure all 3 bolts go on.

what exactly do you mean by vibration mount?? and when you say rear tranny bracket do u mean the T or something else??

yes the T bracket .....the vibration bracket is the one that bolts up to the tranny (lower) front.

ok so those are the only 3 mounts i need ? i can use the rest of my d series mounts ? thanks alot for all your help

THAT IS CALLED A BRACKET NOT A MOUNT....you will need b series tranny torque bracket....

i cant use ANY of my d series mounts or brackets?? someone said i just needed the tranny vibration bracket ((i think thats what you are talking about when you say torque bracket)) the rear T-bracket and the A/C bracket?? PLEASE clear this up for me im lost .. Thanks again everyone

If you have anymore questions related to the mounts after this, you probably shouldn't be doing the work yourself...
