b18a1 swap questions
I need some help. Not suggestions...sorry...I have acquired an '90 LS(b18a1). I own a fully functional '95 civic EX(d16z6). I am looking to do a swap of the engine with a full build up on the B18a. My question is what complications may be ahead of me? Are there any particular parts of the swap that might be problematic in this swap. I know the B18B is nearly a simple swap, but I am not sure of the B18A. I couldn't pass up the deal. Please lend me any info you may have. Thanks

Hmmm B18B would prob have been easier since you are going from OBD-I in your SOHC ex to a non-OBD engine with the B18A but since I assume you will be using the ECU for the B18A it's not a big deal. Other than that they swap would be about the same with either engine. Just out of curiosity how much did you get your engine for and what did it include???
