B18a1/b18b1
I currently have B18a1/b18b1 in my civic cx 92
i found a b18a1 whole motor for cheap
is there some type of way to keep it OBD1 if i change b18b1 head to b18a1?
and will i have to get a b18a1 gasket?
the reason i want to do that is because my valve stem seals are bust

OK so do you have a B18A1 or a B18B1 right now in your car? If the A1 motor is off the 92-93 Integra, then it should already be OBD1. If it's off the 90-91 Integra, then it's non-OBD. I'm not a pro at changing OBD's or anything, but just a lil input for you.

Ok my mistake, I didn't know that meant both motors were put together. But anyways, you should find out what year the A1 motor is. So if it's 92-93, then you can put the head on. But if it's 90-91, you may have to do some work.
