Default B18A swap in EG civic

Im getting ready to do a swap in my eg hatch. Im eventually going to do an ls/vtec setup but for now just swapping the ls motor. Wanted to know if the mounts are the same and if im going to be able to use my stock wiring harness.

Also looking for a hydro tranny for this setup if anyone knows of anything
.

mounts are not the same (search). For tranny you can use any b series tranny, look for a b16a2 good gears.

it will fit right in just use your stock mounts, the only thing you have to change is the bracket that's on the eng. that goes to the driver side mount, to a new one, off an integ. 94-00 and it will work, already did it.

teh d series tranny mount will work on a hydro tranny (stock 92-95 tranny mount)

the reart mount is the same and the drivers side upper is the same (it has to be the 3 hole mount)

the only thing you will need to get is the torque mount brackets and teh rear mount bracket (it looks like a funky L or funky T)

and a good tranny to get that will mekt the LS fun swap is a B16 tranny or an ITR tranny
