b18 swap not getting high rpm

ok i have a 94 civic with gsr swap and it still has the orignal computer and it was auto and converted to manual but it doesnt get the high rpms like it spose to it seems like it struggle a lil to get in the high rpms any help would really be appreciated

Get a p28 and chip it
youll work great thats what i got on my gsr =]
