Default b18 swap and car doesn't have any power

i have a B18 gsr engine in my 99SIcoupe, what could be robbing my car of horsepower or what could i do to get out all that potential? it doesn't even spin in 1st gear.
could a bad O2 sensor be doing that?

Weird way of gauging the power output. ::shrugs::

Is it possible the clutch is slipping?

weight reduction if your up for it. a bad o2 will make you run rich so yea im sure its robing some power.

Slow on the butt dyno? Or slow on a real dyno? Butt dyno is a matter of perception.

Yeah I would recommend checking the timing. It's pretty easy to do. When I changed a head gasket I started the car before getting the timing straight and it just sounded weak, although I never drove it like that.

how can it not spin up your tires? Are you expecting your tires to spin when you floor it from a rolling start in 1st gear? your stock GSR in your coupe...let alone an SI coupe...won't spin your tires this way unless you have shitty tires.

do a compression check or do a dyno run. or both.
