this might be wrong place to post if so please lmk where to post. anywas i wanna know what i should price my swap for because im thinking about selling it and not sure how much its worth.
its a b18 ls swap with a 6 puck clutch has the si rear t bracket and the si top post bracket. with a obd2 to obd1 jumper harness with a po6 chipped with chrome redlines 72 and 2 steps 45 with ls base map. has double bend shifter its complete swap and is setting in a ek coupe right now. motor runs good and trans shifts perfect. let me know what you think what you think

Depends what they go for in cleavland. There is no standard price. In my area a 1.6 vtec is worth almost the same as a ls with the whole save the sohc movement. It's all about finding the right person. For example I could get a ls swap for 300$ here if I really look and pull it. But yet people will pay 800$ for one.... So it's more up to: how much you want out of it, and a waiting game.

dang i needa live where yall do lol we sell d16 whole swap for about 300 bucks and easy 700 to 800 for a ls swap around here but i wanna put on line also thats why iasked. im thinking around 800 but yea around here people hate sohc engines they love b series. heck my buddy just sold a jdm b16 for 750 for just the motor alone with no dizzy.but thanks guys i see what u saying people where i live may give more or less than where you live

300 is insane here around the atl area you are lucky to find just a long block for 300, whole swaps go for around 800 and up.

well some people will pay more since its in the car and they see it running im guessing they're paying for the security and piece of mind knowing that the swap they bought runs and is good

thats what im saying im live like hr adn half from atl and go to varsity meet sometimes but ive never seen a full ls swap for 300 alswas around 800. these guys are lucky lol

yall should be glad the ls trans goes for about 250 alone around here but like i said b series is what everybody wants around here everybody wants to yank the sohc out and in with b series but i on the bright notemi hit up a few of my friends that wanna check it out for 800

yea i planned on selling it but i wanted to make sure it ran good so i went ahead and put it in the civic so i can show it run and trans shifts perfect. i wanna sell it to start buying stuff to put my built turboed h22 in it.

i put it on line for 900 and ive dne got a call and it aint benn on 10 min and i wish i could find ls swaps for 250 and 300 cause i could make some bank of them for that cheap

yea i looked and found a ls with a auto swap for 700. i listed mine in atl chatt and knox for 900 and ive had all kind of calls got a few people coming today and got another guy wanna trade me a h22a swap for my swap but im a lil worried he says its been rebuilt and has a h22a4 crank and a 99 h22 head and he said he pulled it to put a rear main seal and timing belt on and ended up tradeing his eg for a ek shell so idk its a good trade but he cant prove it runs like i can so not sure about it yet
