Default B18 ls in civic help

Hey guys,
I have a 94 civc. Im in the process of building my b18 to swap in it. I just have a few problems, I need new rod bearings, theres 3 sizes to choose from (standard, .25, and .5). I don't know which ones I need. I don't have a Hayes, becuase they stopped making it for the 90-93 teg. Also will I need a shift linkage for the ls tranny, or will the d15's linkage bolt on the 18 tranny? If I do need the ls linkage, does anyone have one I can buy? I also need the obd1 ls ecu. One more thing, does anyone have a b16 head laying around? I have 2 ls heads, both are complete and fully assembled. One of the heads is machined and still in the plastic, it comes out of a 92 teg. The other head is in great condition and only has 75k miles on it. It isnt machined or anything becuase its still nice. This one comes out of a 94 teg. I will be willing to trade these for the ecu or linkage.
