Default B18 Cold Start

This has been going on forever now, i swapped my b18 into my eg coupe and on a cold stat it takes forever to start up, itll just keep turning over till it starts, and also it feels like im not getting the full power out of it as what im sapost to from what a buddy of mine told me, any help ..?

check the gap on your spark plugs. check timing. that should help alot. maybe you just need a good tune up

i bought new plugs and wires, dizzy cap and rotor i havent got it tuned yet
