I have a b17a1 and was wondering if the b16b pistons will fit as far as valve clerance goes I'm using skunk 2 proseries stage 2 cams will these pistons work? With the cams?

they fit, always than your block and head are not milled and your builder made a clay prove. But as any R piston to fit in a b17 or b16 rod you need
to mill the rod sides. This pistons are a PITA to use in D.D. with 91 or 93 oct.
I'll recomend to you use PR3 pistons that give you a good comp. and are direct fit.

Do you think I will have any valve clearance issues with the ctr b16b pistons ad the stage 2 pro series cams and alpha series valves?

like i said before depends on the head and block been milled or not. If yor head is stock or only have a minor reshape, i don't think you have any problem. For what is your engine build to?

ex. i run a b16a with ctr (pct) piston and ctr cams with out any problems, but the block and head are stock. I build this engine 3 years ago and the
guy who i selled it still using the engine.

well i see you have the parts yet. My friend the only way to know is assembly
the engine and make a clay test.

and again for what is this engine Daily drive, drag race??

Because with milled head and block and those cams i will run PR3 pistons
they yield a good comp.
