Icon3 b16b swap help

hey, so im looking into ordering a b16b for my 96 civic ex. ive been looking around online and im finding lots of random information. what im really looking for is some answers.

question 1) i realize its bolt in, but whats the situation with the motor mounts and torque mounts? do i need to buy new ones?

question 2) as long as the swap comes with shift linkage, i should be fine with that correct?

question 3) is b16b really worth it? or is a b18c SiR? its about a $500 difference.

and finally, any other tips, insiders, secrets. they all help, thanks alot
