is the b16b head that much more impressive than the b16a? - like ported or something i know the cams are more aggressivse - and it has a better valvetrain - along with the overall motor has more HP - but what are the advantages?

You`ll need to up your compression in order to really take advantage of it.

Well, while the head is off, you could install a thinner headgasket.
The full CTR valvetrain will net you some nice gains, especially if you can get ahold of a CTR ecu (smart) or a reprogrammed p28 (smarter).
I'm envious

will the head of a CTR fit a B16A? I got an offer of US$800 for the B16B head.
A B16B is basically a B16A with a polished head, upgraded valvetrain, cams, higher compression pistons.
