Default b16b b18c oil pan

I am doing an engine swap into my eg and im either putting in a b16 or b18 i would much rather have the b18 but does anyone know how much closer the oil pan is going to be to the ground??? My car is slammed and sits very low to the ground.

The B16B and B18C use the same block, just a different crank, rods, pistons, and head. So no difference.

Even if you were debating B16A vs B18C or B20 or B18 LS, your crankshaft will stay in the same place since it has to mate to the transmission in the same place. The oil pan may be a little taller or shorter on one or another, but not much.

Either raise the car or make a skid plate if you're concerned.

Don't even ask about going K, H, or J series if you're concerned over ground clearance since they sit lower.
