b16a3 grinds form 2-3 at high rpm
i was looking at other forms and was told to do the bg syncro shift lub. did that and it made it worse. at first it grinds at 7k rpm now it does it at 5k rpm. i saw no flakes in fluid and it was not smelly or burn... so now what?? i was thinking about rebuilding it but dont know if i should just go with a different set up. the car is a 94 sel sol. i read that gsr heads and trans bolt right on and are better the the b16 stuff. is this true? what kinda hp gain will i get or type r stuff be a better choice.
