Re: b16a2 tq? (tigueremalo)
a lightweight flywheel wont increase the power of your motor any, it will just make it easier for that power to get to the ground. a heavy flywheel obsorbes some of the power to make it smoother to drive, and have a power stored in the form of inertia for such things as going up hills and anything else that requires a little more power. you will get faster exceleration, so it would be worth it. but dont quote me on this, i think that the b series blocks are close to the same, different bores and stocks is all i think. if your looking to stroke your motor, i know brian crower offers a kit to turn your b16 into a 1.9L with all forged internals, and cr of your choice.

Re: b16a2 tq? (Frickr)
the best way to increase torque on a b16 is an LS bottom end
without FI or a frankenstein motor (pooling said stroker kit into that category) it's hopeless.

Re: b16a2 tq? (forcefedferio)
dont bother stroking ur b16 to 1.8 just pick up an ls or gsr bottom end and ull be alot happier. and no u cant just put an ls crank in ur b16.
