Default b16a2 swap question?

I am researching the different motor swaps and i think i have concluded that the b16a2 swap is the way i am going to go. What is the biggest problem i am going to run in to?

Why not just get a first gen B16 motor? You won't need a jumper and it has more power.

first gen (b16a=160hp)
2nd gen (b16a2=170hp)
i would pick a b16a2 but im broke
