b16a2 swap....need some help
hello ppl
im swappin my civic 96 sohc engine...n puttin in a dohc b16a2.....
i want to turbocharge it n run arnd 18 psi on it.....
so ill definately need to change the pistons n rods n gasket...
wat else do i need to modify???

Pistons, Rods, maybe a low compression head gasket, Timing belt (i have a Toda Racing Belt so that it won't stretch in the future.) also a good Engine Block Guard, bigger Throttle Body go with a ITR, also Fuel injectors, and some other stuff. Hopefully this will give you a direction to go into.

pretty much anything and everything...i mean seriously, all the stuff listed above me, plus once you have that power, you're going to need to spend some good money on a suspension setup that will be able to handle/put down that power to the ground...axles...i mean the list goes on and on

also not to mention head work, cams springs reatainers, valves, ports, to take advantage of the power and keep it reliable, i tho, personally think if this is a street car, a consistent 18 psi is a little much, that'd probably equate to wut,400- 450 hp, id say stick to under 10 psi and around 300 horse just my opinion tho
