Default B16a2 starting issues

I have a 98 civic with a b16a2 swap. I was teaching my wife to drive stick today and she stalled the car and it wouldn't start after. I checked the main relay, starter relay and clutch pedal switch. Relays are still clicking and the clutch switch is working fine.

I bump started it and it fired up fine and ran fine but still wont start on its own. Is it possible that my starter is gone?

Not really sure where to go from there I've done the things I can think of.

Car is running obd2 if that helps

Take and have the starter tested.

Unfortunately I'm surrounded by shops that sell home decor aswell as car parts so getting a starter checked would be more difficult then just replacing it
