Default B16a2 stalling at WOT

Hi I have a original ek4 (ukspec) I removed the engine to smooth my bay. I haven’t changed anything on the engine apart from exhaust manifold o2 sensor and fully braided fuel lines with inline fuel filter. My problem is it starts and idles lumpy I can rev it up lightly but at WOT at any revs it bogs revs drop and eventually will stall unless I let off the pedal. Any help appreciated cheers

Got a fuel pressure gauge? Check what kind of pressure you're getting.

Any CEL's?

Next thing I’m gonna look at is fuel pressure and no CEL’s I did notice on the fuse box in the car the srs and fuel pump share a fuse. I removed the sos unit as I removed all airbags and used the space for my prop valve. Would that affect the fuel pump atall?

It shouldn't.

MAP and TPS plugs could be swapped.

Verify that your distributor is within spec.

Yeah a fuel pressure gauge would be a good idea to see if in specs and see if your pressure drops when you rev it, a small 1-2 psi temporary blimp is ok but more than that and you have a weak fuel pump or maybe filter problem--might try the oem fuel filter set-up see how it compares. I would just check the signal wire on tps at idle and wot to make sure it's ok. Also.If it idles/runs ok when cold a(O2 sensor not involved until in closed loop) then could be the O2 sensor you replaced. Check spark length with spark tester or test light. Any chance spark plug wires go damaged? Maybe check timing.

All really helpfull stuff guys appreciate it i gotta fuel pressure gauge on the way to check that but i believe iv'e solved it. at one time it would only rev up to 4k and stop like a limiter so i thought it was TPS and MAP plugs the wrong way so i swapped them over. after trying to find a voltage reading on the TPS i realized i was right the first time and was only not reving past 4k as the dizzy timming is out. ive adjusted it without a timing light for the moment (the car isnt on the road yet) so fingers crossed once i time it correctly all will be sweet! will update if its still f****d but fingers crossed!
