check all fuses listed, also went to honda website and did research found that all the rear t brackets are the same, are there any other ideas as to what is my problem?

the d series mounts wouldn't ; not make the t bracket line up with the tranny mounting and block mounting holes, the other mounts work fine, I just dont understand why the bracket will not line up with my b16 tranny, i'll check out the voltage issue today when i get to the shop.

50827-ST7-980 BRACKET, RR. ENGINE MOUNT (AT)
OR
50827-ST7-000 BRACKET, RR. ENGINE MOUNT (MT)
Are you sure the Part numbers are the same?
I've got one from an auto sitting in the shop, visibly different from the 5 spd I used in my car.
The d-series/EG rear mount attached to the chassis will work fine, but you need to get the correct T-bracket first.
